Ridwan Kamil resigns as Independent Commissioner of GRIA

JAKARTA – Politician and former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, has resigned from his role as Independent Commissioner at PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA).
Ridwan Kamil had served as Independent Commissioner since 2024, based on the Deed of Resolution of the GRIA Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 05, dated 13 June 2024.
GRIA’s President Director, Khufran Hakim Noor, stated that Ridwan Kamil's resignation letter was submitted on 19 March 2025.
“In accordance with OJK regulations, the company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to decide on Ridwan Kamil’s resignation request,” said Hakim Noor in an official statement on Thursday (20/3).
As a background, GRIA was established in 2013, focusing on construction services and trade. However, since 2022, the company has shifted its business direction to real estate management, both owned and leased.
GRIA also underwent a merger with PT Esma Sukses Makmur (ESM), a real estate development company, and PT Balikpapan Skylink Property (BSP), which operates in the property business. (DK/KR/ZH)
