JAKARTA – Robby Adijaya has accumulated 10.18 million shares of PT Ginting Jaya Energi Tbk (WOWS), equivalent to 0.41%.

The transaction took place at an average price of IDR 45 per share between March 1-18, 2025.

Jimmy Hidayat, President Director of WOWS, reported that after this transaction, Robby's stake in WOWS now equals 10%. Previously, Robby only held 237.39 million shares, or 9.59% of WOWS shares.

“The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct share ownership status,” Jimmy stated in an official release on Friday (21/3).

At the opening of trading on Friday (21/3), WOWS shares were priced at IDR 49 per share. Its share price has risen 2.08% in the past week but remained stagnant over the past month. (EF/KR/ZH)
