JAKARTA – Hasmoro, President Director and controlling shareholder of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), has increased his ownership by purchasing 2.4 million shares, equivalent to 0.0156% of the company, valued at IDR 2.24 billion.

Yulisar Khiat, Director of HEAL, stated that the share purchases occurred on March 17 and 18, 2025. In the first stage, Hasmoro bought 607,400 HEAL shares at IDR 1,277.5 per share, followed by the purchase of 1.8 million more shares at IDR 1,247.5 per share the next day.

Following the transaction, Hasmoro’s shareholding in HEAL increased to 730.77 million shares or 4.7558% of the company, up from 728.37 million shares or 4.7401%.

“The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,” said Yulisar in an official statement on Friday (21/3).

At the close of the first session today, Friday (21/3), HEAL shares were at IDR 1,095, down 2.67% or 30 points. Over the past week, the price has also dropped 16.09% or 210 points, and in the past month, it has fallen 21.79% or 305 points. (EF/ZH)
