JAKARTA – Jimmy Tandyo and Mery Sofi, Directors of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), have increased their shareholding by a total of 1.8 million shares valued at IDR 2 billion on March 19, 2025.

Jimmy added 1 million shares, equivalent to 0.005%, at an average price of IDR 1,105, bringing his total shareholding to 4 million shares, or 0.199%. Meanwhile, Mery purchased 800,000 shares, equivalent to 0.004%, at an average price of IDR 1,104, and now holds a total of 3.1 million shares, or 0.015%.

Suresh Vembu, Director & Corporate Secretary of AKRA, stated that the directors' share acquisitions were carried out in five stages each.

“The purpose of the transaction is for investment, with direct ownership of the shares,” said Suresh in an official statement on Friday (21/3).

At the close of trading today, Friday (21/3), AKRA's shares were priced at IDR 1,100. The share price has corrected by 3.93% or -45 points over the past week, and it has also declined by 10.57% or -130 points over the past month.
