Planning a private placement, BALI issues 393.45 million shares

JAKARTA - PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) is targeting additional capital via a private placement by issuing 393.45 million shares. The plan was decided at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Friday (21/3).
In a brief prospectus quoted on Friday (21/3), the proceeds from the private placement will be used to pay off a number of credit facilities at banks, capital expenditure, working capital, and subsidiary development. A number of credit facilities obtained by BALI came from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC), PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF), PT Century Tokyo Leasing (CTLI) and PT Mitsui Leasing Capital, including Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I 2022.
Currently, BALI's authorised capital stands at IDR200 billion, consisting of issued and fully paid-up capital of IDR78.69 billion and portepel shares of IDR121.30 billion. The shareholder structure in the issued and fully paid-up capital is PT Kharisma Cipta Towerindo (KCT) 59.70%, Robby Hermanto 0.0013%, and the public 40.2987%.
After the private placement, BALI's issued and fully paid-up capital increased to IDR86.56 billion. The shareholder structure in BALI's issued and fully paid-up capital is KCT 54.272%, Robby Hermanto 0.001%, the public 36.635%, and new shareholders 9.090%. (LK/LM)
