BDMN plans to distribute IDR 113.85 per share dividend

JAKARTA – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) will distribute dividends to its shareholders, following approval from the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Friday (21/3) last week.
At the meeting, BDMN shareholders approved a Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of 35% of the 2024 net profit.
Each share will receive a dividend of IDR 113.85 per share, bringing the total dividend distributed to IDR 1.1 trillion.
Daisuke Ejima, President Director of BDMN, stated that this decision reflects the company's commitment to adding value for shareholders and maintaining good governance.
"With the approval of all AGM agendas, we are ready to take further steps in providing broader and more integrated financial solutions for our customers," he said in a press release on Saturday (22/3).
BDMN recorded a net profit after tax of IDR 3.2 trillion in 2024. This achievement was supported by pre-provision operating profit (PPOP) of IDR 8.3 trillion, growing 1% from the previous year.
According to Daisuke, this performance reflects the bank's successful business strategy in maintaining efficiency and asset quality amidst challenges in the banking industry.
"We remain focused on sustainable growth and continue to strive to provide the best services for our customers," said Daisuke. (DK/KR/ZH)
