JAKARTA – PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) announced the resignation of Dani Firmansjah from his position as the company's Independent Commissioner last Friday (21/3).

Ahmad Khaetami, Corporate Secretary of BBLD, confirmed that the company received Dani Firmansjah's resignation letter on Thursday, March 20, 2024. However, the management did not disclose the reason behind Dani Firmansjah's resignation.

According to the disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders and seek approval from shareholders regarding the resignation. (DH/ZH)
