JAKARTA – Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) have collectively resigned after four shareholders transferred 91.17% of their shares to PT Ciliandra Perkasa (CP).

Citing the information disclosure on Monday (24/3), Naga Waskita, Corporate Secretary of ANJT, announced that the company had received resignation letters from members of the board of commissioners and directors yesterday (18/3).

The resigning members of the ANJT Board of Directors include Lucas Kurniawan, President Director; Geetha Govindan, Vice President Director; Naga Waskita, Director & Corporate Secretary; as well as Aloycius D'Cruz, Nopri Pitoy, and Mohammad Fitriyansyah, Directors.

Resigning members of the Board of Commissioners include Adrianto Machribie Reksohadiprodjo, President Commissioner/Independent; Josep Kristiadi and Darwin Cyril Noerhadi, Independent Commissioners; as well as George Santosa Tahija, Sjakon George Tahija, Anastasius Wahyuhadi, and Istini Tatiek Siddharta, Commissioners.

The four shareholders of ANJT who sold 91.17% of their shares are PT Austindo Kencana Jaya (AKJ), PT Memimpin Dengan Nurani (MDN), Sjakon George Tahija, and George Santosa Tahija.

The company’s shares are recorded at 3.35 billion as of February 2025, with a shareholder structure comprising 91.17% controlling and 8.83% non-controlling shares. (LK/ZH)
