Trimegah acquired 48.97 million shares of DOID

JAKARTA – Two major shareholders in PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL), a mining and real estate holding company that traded 59 million shares, were featured in the list of changes in share ownership exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, March 19.
These shares were handed over from HILL's controller, PT Hillcon Equity Management, to PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia. Currently, Hillcon Equity owns 57.72% of the shares, while CGS International owns 9.18%. PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia coordinated both transactions.
Two investors in PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), an issuer of mining and oil and gas infrastructure, also traded shares. Through PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada acquired 72.10 million shares, bringing its total share to 44.23%. In the meantime, PT Caraka Reksa Optima sold 65 million shares of PTRO, leaving 29.56% of the stakes. The shares were sold through PT Mandiri Sekuritas and PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas.
After that, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk acquired 48.97 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), the mining parent issuer, increasing its ownership stake to 8.62%.
Additionally, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk acquired 4.3 million more shares in its subsidiary, PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR). This controller currently owns 84.12% of the shares following the completion of the transaction through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia.
PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari completed the final share addition by purchasing 26.10 million shares of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), a company that produces palm oil. Its percentage of the total grew to 7.62%.
Through PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas, PT NEV Stored Energy sold 165 million shares of PT PT Green Power Group Tbk (LABA), a renewable energy issuer, resulting in the biggest stake reduction this time. The share of this investor dropped significantly, from 41.14% to 26.19%.
Through PT Anugerah Sekuritas Indonesia, Nopian Fadli also sold shares, specifically 86.26 million shares of PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE), an information technology issuer. His stake in the share dropped from 12% to 8%.
Lastly, 1.53 million shares of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI), an insurance issuer, were sold by PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk. Through PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, their shares dropped to around 86.23%. (KD)
