JAKARTA – PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), the operational holding of Badan Pengelola Investasi Danantara, has received the transfer of 64.653% of series B and C shares owned by the Ministry of SOEs in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA).

According to an information disclosure on Monday (24/3), Prasetio, Director of GIAA, stated that the government transferred 59.03 billion GIAA shares, consisting of 43.36 billion series B and 59.03 billion series C shares to BKI. “BKI is a parent company whose entire shares are owned by the state,” he said.

He explained that the government’s share transfer in GIAA to BKI refers to Government Regulation No. 15/2025 concerning the Addition of State Capital Participation to BKI’s share capital for the establishment of the operational holding.

“The share transfer does not change the company’s status, which remains a State-Owned Enterprise,” he added.

Following this transaction, GIAA's controlling shareholder is BKI with 64.536%, while the non-controlling shares amount to 35.464%. (LK/ZH)
