JAKARTA – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has once again flagged PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) shares after detecting an unusual market activity (UMA) in the stock's trading pattern.

According to Yulianto Aji Sadono, Head of the Transaction Supervision Division at BEI, the occurrence of UMA does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market regulations. However, the stock exchange will continue to monitor MIKA’s stock movement to ensure no suspicious transactions are taking place.

“The stock exchange advises all interested parties to pay close attention to the information disclosure provided by the company,” added Yulianto in an official statement, cited Monday (24/3).

Yulianto further advised investors to carefully consider potential risks before making investment decisions.

As of 2.25 PM WIB today, MIKA’s stock price had dropped 4.80% to IDR 2,180 per share, down from the opening price. The stock has fallen by 8.02% over the past week and by 10.29% over the past month. (EF/KR/ZH)
