JAKARTA – PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) or BKI has received the transfer of 64.33% of the government's shares in PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI). The share transfer is related to the formation of the Danantara Investment Management operational holding.

According to a disclosure on Monday (24/3), Rozi Sparta, Corporate Secretary of ADHI, stated that a total of 5.40 billion government-owned shares in ADHI were transferred to BKI. "The transfer of these shares does not alter the state's control over the company," he said.

The transfer of 64.33% of the government’s shares in ADHI to BKI is based on Government Regulation No. 15/2025 regarding the addition of state capital participation to BKI for the establishment of the Danantara operational holding.

On the other hand, ADHI's shares decreased by 0.61% or IDR 1 to IDR 164 during the second session at 3.11 PM WIB, Monday (24/3). The shares opened at IDR 164, with a high of IDR 165 and a low of IDR 156 per share. (LK/ZH)
