JAKARTA – PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) has sold 230,900 shares from its 49.78 million treasury shares batch 1a and 1b as of Monday (24/3). The selling price of the treasury shares was lower than the price during the share buyback.

According to a disclosure by Setiadi Djajasaputra, Corporate Secretary of NRCA, the treasury shares were sold through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) market mechanism.

The period of the treasury share sale ran from February 10 to March 21, 2025, with a minimum selling price of IDR 344 per share.

The treasury shares originated from a buyback of 54.34 million shares, which ended on February 29, 2016. The purchase price was set at IDR 644.51 per share, bringing the transaction value to IDR 35.02 billion at that time.

NRCA’s shares were recorded at IDR 316 in the second session at 3.37 PM WIB, Monday (24/3), down by IDR 2 or 0.63% from the opening level of IDR 322. The highest price reached IDR 324, while the lowest was IDR 312 per share.

Over the past week, the company's shares have corrected by 3.07% or IDR 10, dropping to IDR 316. Over the past month, the price has decreased by 4.82% or IDR 16, and over the past year, it has fallen by 8.67% or IDR 30. (LK/ZH)
