JAKARTA – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has appointed Hery Gunardi as the new President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), replacing Sunarso.

This decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Monday (24/3).

According to the official website of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), before being appointed as President Director of BBRI, Hery Gunardi served as President Director of BSI from February 1, 2021, following his appointment through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on December 15, 2020.

With Hery Gunardi's appointment as President Director of BBRI, here is the latest composition of the company's Board of Commissioners and Directors:
