JAKARTA – Cinema chain operator PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (CNMA), known for managing Cinema XXI, has approved the distribution of a cash dividend totalling IDR 750 billion or IDR 9 per share during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Monday (24/3).

The dividend includes an interim dividend of IDR 5 per share, which was paid on November 15, 2024. Meanwhile, the remaining dividend of IDR 4 per share will be paid on April 24, 2025.

“This cash dividend distribution reflects our commitment to running the company with solid business fundamentals, continuously creating optimal added value for shareholders,” said CNMA President Director Suryo Suherman in an official statement on Monday (24/3).

In addition to the dividend distribution, the company also received approval to conduct a share buyback, with a maximum fund allocation of IDR 300 billion.

“This buyback plan is expected to provide added value for shareholders and strengthen investor confidence,” Suryo added.

As of the first trading session on Tuesday (25/3), at 10 AM WIB, CNMA’s share price remains steady at IDR 119 per share. (DK/ZH)
