JAKARTA – Djamal Nasser Attamimi has resigned as Commissioner of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) after joining the management team of BPI Danantara.

"TOBA has received a resignation letter from Djamal Nasser Attamimi for his position as Commissioner of the company on 24 March 2025," said Alvin Firman Sunanda, Director of TOBA, in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (24/3).

Danantara’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, announced the full management structure of Danantara yesterday. Djamal Nasser Attamimi was appointed as the Managing Director of Finance for Danantara.

Djamal Attamimi was first appointed as a Commissioner of TOBA through deed number 86 dated May 26, 2017 and was reappointed under deed number 109 dated August 26, 2020.
