JAKARTA – A commissioner and director of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED) have continued accumulating company shares, with a total purchase of 1.13 million shares.

Daniel Kurniawan, Head of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations of OMED, announced that Commissioner and controlling shareholder Siane Soetanto acquired 1.11 million shares.

The purchases took place from March 3 to 24, 2025, increasing Siane’s shareholding in OMED to 242.39 million shares, or 0.8958%.

Meanwhile, Leonard Hariadi Hartanto, the director, bought 20,000 OMED shares on March 21, 2025. Following the transaction, he holds 116,500 shares, equivalent to 0.0004% of the company.

"The purpose of the transactions is to increase share ownership in OMED with direct ownership status," stated Daniel in an official release on Tuesday (25/3).

As of the close of trading on Monday (24/3), OMED's share price stood at IDR 155 per share. The medical device producer’s shares have declined 3.13% over the past week and 9.36% over the past month. (EF/KR/ZH)
