JAKARTA – The General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) of PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) has approved the distribution of a dividend of IDR 85.7 per share, totalling IDR 1.12 trillion for the 2024 financial year.

This dividend represents 62% of the net profit attributable to the parent entity's owners in 2024, which reached IDR 1.85 trillion, marking a 45% year-on-year (yoy) increase.

The value and payout ratio for the 2024 financial year indicate significant growth. In the 2023 financial year, EXCL only distributed dividends amounting to IDR 635.55 billion, or 50% of the net profit.

With EXCL's stock price recorded at IDR 2,250 as of 15.20 WIB today (25/3), the indicated dividend yield stands at 3.8%. (ZH)
