DRMA allocates IDR 300 billion capex in 2025

JAKARTA - PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA) has allocated capital expenditure (capex) of Rp 300 billion in 2025. The funds will be used to build a new factory through a joint venture scheme.
President Director of DRMA, Irianto Santoso, said that his party is preparing to sign a cooperation agreement related to the establishment of the factory. ‘Hopefully it can be done in the near future,’ said Irianto Santoso after the “Meet The CEO” event, a special interview programme by IDNFinancials.com in collaboration with Suara.com, Tuesday (25/3).
Outside of the CapEx budget, DRMA currently has three factories that are still being completed. One of them is a factory in Plumbon, Cirebon, which is part of the expansion of the company's joint venture subsidiary, Dharma Kyungshin Indonesia. In addition, DRMA also plans to add 12 dealers of three-wheeled vehicles (wheel trees) that are widely used for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Currently, the company has 43 three-wheeler dealers. DRMA will operate 55 dealer units by the end of 2025. According to him, the move is to support MSME businesses. ‘Currently, we have operated an additional two dealer units,’ said Susanto. (DK/LM)
