JAKARTA – PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), the operator of Erafone and iBox in Indonesia, recorded a net profit of IDR 1.03 trillion in 2024, soaring by 25% year-on-year (yoy).

ERAA's revenue also grew by 8.5% in 2024, increasing from IDR 60.1 trillion to IDR 65.3 trillion. This growth pushed gross profit up by 12.8% to IDR 7.2 trillion, with a margin of 11.2%.

The mobile phone and tablet segment continued to be the largest contributor to ERAA's revenue in 2024, growing by 9.42% to IDR 52.4 trillion, or 80.3% of total revenue.

However, the highest growth came from the accessories and other segments, which surged 23% to IDR 8.5 trillion, now contributing 13.1% to revenue.

According to Hasan Aula, Vice President Director of ERAA, this positive performance was supported by the company's proactive brand portfolio expansion.

“We actively leveraged seasonal moments, such as the Christmas and year-end holidays, to offer various products that meet consumer needs,” he added.

The lifestyle retail company aims to open 300 new outlets in 2025 and add new retail brands as part of its network expansion. As of December 2024, ERAA's total retail network consisted of 2,194 outlets across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

ERAA’s portfolio includes several well-known retail brands such as iBox, Under Armour, Paris Baguette, Bacha Coffee, and Sushi Tei. (ZH)
