JAKARTA – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) has announced a management reshuffle following its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Wednesday (26/3).

During the AGM, shareholders appointed Putrama Wahju Setyawan as the new President Director, replacing Royke Tumilaar. Putrama previously served as Vice President Director, a position now filled by Alexandra Askandar.

In addition to the changes in the board of directors, BBNI's board of commissioners also saw new members, including Rian Kaslan, who now serves as Director of Network & Retail Funding.

On the board of commissioners, Omar Sjawaldy Anwar was appointed as President Commissioner, replacing Pradjoto. Omar has extensive experience in various strategic roles, including Executive Chairman of PT IBM Indonesia Technology and President Director of PT Prudential Syariah Life Assurance.

"The members of the board of directors and board of commissioners are appointed and dismissed through the AGM, which must be attended and approved by the holders of the Series A Dwiwarna shares," said BBNI Management in an official statement on Wednesday (26/3).
