JAKARTA - PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) posted a net profit of IDR 1.25 trillion in 2024, a slight increase of 0.9% from IDR 1.24 trillion in 2023. This achievement was due to an increase in revenue in line with the increase in patient volume.

Quoting a press release on Thursday (27/3), David Utama, President Director of SILO said that the company showed strong and sustainable growth throughout 2024, reflecting the successful implementation of the company's strategic initiatives. ‘With the launch of the Next Generation Siloam (NGS) strategy, we remain committed to providing the best service to patients while improving hospital operations to ensure long-term financial stability,’ he said.

According to him, the hospital is prioritising operational excellence and developing clinical programmes. NGS will catalyse new benchmarks in healthcare excellence and drive sustainable growth in the coming year.

SILO posted a net revenue of Rp9.45 trillion, up 9.1% from Rp8.6 trillion. The number of inpatients was 326,030, up 7.8% from the previous year, outpatient volume was 1 million days, up 7.2% from the previous year, and the number of visits was 4.24 million, up 7.5%. In addition, basic EBITDA was recorded at IDR2.76 trillion, up 3.2% from the previous year. (LK/LM)
