JAKARTA – PT Kreasi Jasa Persada (KJP), the controlling shareholder of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), has purchased an additional 15.19 million shares, equivalent to 0.151%, valued at IDR 36.77 billion on March 18 and 19, 2025.

Anto Broto, Corporate Secretary of PTRO, revealed that the transaction was executed at prices ranging from IDR 2,393.7 to IDR 2,540.55 per share.

With this latest accumulation, KJP's total shareholding in PTRO has reached 4.47 billion shares, or 44.385%, up from the previous 44.234%.

"The purpose of this transaction is for direct share ownership investment," Anto explained in an official statement on Wednesday (26/3).

As of 3.02 PM WIB on Thursday (27/3), PTRO shares rose by 2.06%, or +50, to IDR 2,480 per share. However, over the past week, the share price has dropped by 8.52%, and over the past month, it has plunged by 27.99%. (EF/ZH)
