Danantara’s holding operational holds 91.018% in WIKA

JAKARTA – PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) or BKI, the operational holding of BPI Danantara, has received the transfer of 91.018% of the government’s series B shares in PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) in a transaction last week (22/3).
Ari Sudono, President Director of WIKA, stated that the government transferred 36.29 billion WIKA shares, each with a nominal value of IDR 100, to BKI.
“BKI is the operational holding company as regulated in the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) law, with all shares owned by the state,” he explained in an official disclosure on Thursday (27/3).
The transfer of the government’s shares to BKI follows Government Regulation No. 15/2025 concerning the increase of state equity participation in BKI’s share capital for the establishment of the operational holding. Despite the transfer, the government remains the beneficiary of WIKA's shareholding.
Several other SOEs have also received share transfers from the government to BKI, including PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM), PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI), PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN), and PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA).
