Anita Marta appointed as President Director of FUJI

JAKARTA -PT Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (FUJI) is now under a new president director, Anita Marta, who was appointed by the company's General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
Anita Marta replaces Stephen Alfred Field, who previously resigned from the position of president director. Furthermore, the GMS also appointed Anton Santoso as FUJI's Commissioner.
Not only that, the GMS also agreed not to distribute dividends for the 2024 financial year. Although in 2024, FUJI recorded a net profit of IDR 11.03 billion, growing 184% year-on-year (yoy).
FUJI's profit growth in 2024 was supported by its revenue performance, which increased by 52.16% to IDR14.53 billion.
In terms of assets, FUJI has total assets of IDR 176 billion in 2024, up 7.18%. Meanwhile, its total equity is IDR172 billion, above the minimum requirement of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). (DH/VA/KR/LM)
