Hapsoro becomes the new 9% shareholder of SINI

JAKARTA – After acquiring 43.29 million shares of this lodging service issuer, Hapsoro was named the newest 9% shareholder of PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (SINI) in the list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, March 26.
Along with Hapsoro, PT Autum Prima Indonesia also acquired 28.86 million shares of SINI, bringing its ownership stake up to 36 percent. In contrast, Batubara Development Pte. Ltd. actually sold 72.15 million SINI shares, leaving about 16.22% of the shares remaining. PT Panca Global Sekuritas facilitated the three transactions.
Then, through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, Advance Opportunities Fund purchased 341.42 million shares of PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE). 15.83% of the information technology issuer's shares were instantly in the hands of this new investor. However, Heddy Kandou, the controller of NINE, sold 157.89 million shares, leaving 44.63% of the shares. PT Anugerah Sekuritas Indonesia handled the deal.
The third new investor to join today's market hints is PT Infiniti Cipta Teknologi. Through two securities, this investor purchased 70.65 million shares of PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR), or approximately 5.09% of the shares. The PANR shares themselves are involved in the travel and tourism services industry.
To increase its shareholding to 84.14%, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk purchased 7.75 million shares of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR), a metallurgical mining business.
Meanwhile, through PT Korea Investment And Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Sigmantara Alfindo sold 1.24 billion shares of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), a minimarket issuer. The portion of this investor's shares dropped to 34.89%. The insurance issuer, PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI), had 2.97 million shares sold by PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, leaving 86.09% of the shares.
Lastly, 12.40 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) were sold by CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. Its stake in this mineral mining issuer remained at about 5.36%, and the sale was not substantial. (KD)
