Soegiarto Adikoesoemo buys AKRA shares for IDR 1.6 billion

JAKARTA – The President Commissioner and controlling shareholder of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), Soegiarto Adikoeseomo, purchased 1.4 million of the company’s shares, with a total transaction value of IDR 1.6 billion.
Suresh Vembu, Corporate Secretary of AKRA, explained that the share purchase transaction was carried out on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at a price of IDR 1,127.1 per share.
"The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct ownership status," he wrote in the disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (28/3).
Previously, on March 24 and 25, 2025, Soegiarto Adikoesoemo also spent IDR 3.2 billion on purchasing approximately 3 million AKRA shares in the price range of IDR 1,072-1,078.5 per share.
Following these three transactions, Soegiarto’s ownership in AKRA increased to 134,957,000 shares, or equivalent to 0.674%.
According to IDNFinancials data, Soegiarto’s series of stock accumulations also occurred in mid-February (12-17/2) during price corretion. At that time, Soegiarto spent IDR 16.93 billion to acquire around 15.3 million shares.
From February 17 to March 12, 2025, AKRA shares experienced significant growth, increasing by 17.04%. However, yesterday (27/3), AKRA shares closed down 0.9% at the level of IDR 1,095, having slid 11.7% over the past month. (ZH)
