The maritime transportation company, PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (HAIS), has approved a dividend distribution of IDR 40.36 billion for the fiscal year 2024.

Jayanti Sari, President Director of HAIS, stated that the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on Wednesday (26/3) approved the dividend distribution of IDR 15.37 per share.

“This dividend distribution is a reflection of the company's commitment to providing added value for shareholders and strengthening HAIS's appeal as a solid investment entity,” said Jayanti.

In addition to the dividend distribution, HAIS has allocated 66.66% of its net profit, amounting to IDR 80.69 billion, for retained earnings to strengthen capital and support business expansion.

According to data from IDNFinancials.com, HAIS's net profit reached IDR 121.05 billion in 2024. Meanwhile, its total assets at the end of the year were IDR 1.19 trillion. (DH/KR)
