JAKARTA – Vikram Sinha, President Director of PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), has once again accumulated shares in the company through several transactions on 24 March 2025.

Reski Damayanti, Corporate Secretary of ISAT, explained that Vikram Sinha purchased 3.67 million shares of ISAT, equivalent to 0.0114%. The purchase occurred within a price range of IDR 1,315-1,415 per share, bringing the total transaction to IDR 4.98 billion.

Following this transaction, Vikram Sinha's shareholding in ISAT increased to 7.83 million shares, or 0.0243%, up from 0.0129% previously.

“This strategic move is described as part of a long-term investment with direct share ownership,” said Reski, in an official statement on Friday (28/3).

On 21 March 2025, the price of ISAT shares closed at IDR 1,335 per share. This was the lowest price for ISAT shares in the last four years.

Meanwhile, when Vikram Sinha acquired the shares, the stock price rose by 5.99% or 80 points at the close of trading on 24 March 2025. (EF/KR/LM)
