JAKARTA – Two controlling shareholders of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED) have been actively increasing their shareholding through purchase transactions earlier this week (24/3).

According to the information disclosure published on Friday (28/3), Daniel Kurniawan, Head of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations at OMED, stated that the controlling shareholders involved in the transactions were Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto and Siane Soetanto. "The purpose of these transactions is to increase their shareholding in the company," he said.

Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto, the President Commissioner of OMED, purchased 466,000 shares within a price range of IDR 159-162 per share. After the transaction, his ownership increased to 245.83 million shares (0.9085%) from 245.37 million shares (0.0017%).

Meanwhile, Siane Soetanto, the Commissioner of OMED, bought 299,300 shares at IDR 155 per share. After the transaction, her shareholding rose to 242.68 million shares (0.8969%) from 242.38 million shares (0.0011%).

OMED's total shares are recorded at 27.05 billion, with controlling shareholders holding 85.094% and non-controlling shareholders holding 14.906%. The total number of shareholders of the company is recorded at 4,548 shareholders.

Previously, a member of the board of directors who also actively increased his shareholding was Leonard Hariadi Hartanto, Director of OMED. (LK/LM)
