JAKARTA - Christopher Sumasto, bought shares of PT PAM Mineral Tbk (NICL) for the first time on 26-27 March 2025.

Suhartono, Corporate Secretary of NICL, stated that Christopher bought 4.2 million shares, equivalent to 0.039% of NICL shares. The purchase took place at a price of IDR 302 per share, bringing the total value to IDR 1.27 billion.

Previously, Christopher Sumasto did not own a single share of NICL, which he owns directly.

‘The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,’ said Suhartono, in his official statement, Friday (28/3).

For information, Christopher Sumasto is the controller of PT PAM Metalindo with a majority stake of around 70%. Meanwhile, Pam Metalindo is the majority shareholder of NICL, with a 43.23% stake, as of 30 September 2024.

At the close of trading on Thursday (27/3), NICL's share price rose 2.05% or 6 points to Rp 298 per share. During the week, its share price gained 0.68%, and 10.37% in the past month. (EF/KR)
