JAKARTA - Feny Djoko Susanto and Budiyanto Djoko Susanto, Commissioners of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), bought and sold AMRT shares in several transactions.

Tomin Widian, Corporate Secretary of AMRT, in a statement on Thursday (27/3) yesterday, revealed that Feni had bought 476.1 thousand shares or 0.0012% of AMRT shares. The transaction took place on 21 March 2025, at a price range of IDR 2,100-2,120 per share, bringing the transaction value to IDR 1 billion.

The transaction increased Feny's stake in AMRT to 266.33 million shares, from 265.85 million shares previously. Meanwhile, her ownership percentage remains at around 0.64%.

‘The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,’ said Tomin.

On the other hand, Budiyanto sold 7.33 million shares or 0.0176% of AMRT shares in two transactions on 24 and 26 March 2025. The transactions took place in the price range of IDR 1,960-1,990 per share, with a total value of IDR 15.21 billion.

After the transaction, Budiyanto's stake in AMRT decreased by 97.24 million shares or 0.23%. Previously, he owned 104.56 million shares or 0.25 per cent.

‘The purpose of this transaction is divestment with direct share ownership,’ said Mr Tomin.

At the close of trading on Thursday (27/3), AMRT's share price rose 1.99% or 40 points to IDR 2,090 per share. However, AMRT's share price is still down 6.39% in the past month. (EF/KR)
