JAKARTA - PT Siloam Internasional Hospitals Tbk (SILO) will buy assets owned by subsidiaries of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), namely PT Sentra Karya Sarana (SKS) and PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk (GMTD).

SILO Corporate Secretary Ratih Hadiwinoto said the two assets are 1,000 square metres of land (owned by SKS) and 1,306 square metres (owned by GMTD). Both are located in Panambungan Village, Mariso District, Makassar City.

The total assets to be purchased by SILO are IDR42.19 billion, consisting of IDR18.3 billion of land owned by SKS and IDR23.89 billion owned by GMTD.

SILO, GMTD, and Lippo Group have signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (PPJB).

‘The completion date of this transaction plan will be agreed upon later by the parties, after the preliminary requirements have been met,’ said Ratih, in an information disclosure on Friday (28/3) yesterday.

According to IDNFinancials.com data, SILO has IDR 2.1 trillion in cash and cash equivalents.

This asset sale and purchase plan is categorised as an affiliated transaction, as each party is under the same umbrella, namely the Lippo Group. (KR/LM)
