JAKARTA - Although PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) revenue slid 1.51%, the company's profit skyrocketed 216.20% in 2024 compared to 2023.

In the 2024 Financial Report quoted on Wednesday (2/4), Kim Joonseok, President Director of TRJA said that the company's revenue fell to IDR 595.27 billion from IDR 604.41 billion. The revenue segment that contributed to revenue growth was Outsourcing Services, while the performance of other segments was corrected compared to the previous year.

Revenue from Vehicle Rental slid 3.32% to IDR510.75 billion from IDR528.30 billion, followed by Electronic Goods, Parts, and Consumables down 14.16% to IDR4.74 billion from IDR5.52 billion, Internet Service Providers slumped 22.31% to IDR4.09 billion from IDR5.26 billion. Meanwhile, the Outsourcing Services segment rose 15.86% to IDR75.68 billion from IDR65.31 billion.

Contributors to revenue above 10% of TRJA's total revenue were PT Pamapersada Nusantara IDR97.9 billion, up from IDR78.73 billion and PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama IDR87.95 billion, down from IDR89.44 billion.

The company's gross profit rose 8.03% to IDR141.13 billion from IDR130.64 billion and gross profit margin was 23.70%, higher than the gross profit margin of 21.61% in 2023. Meanwhile, profit before income tax was IDR46.88 billion, up 174.02% from IDR17.10 billion.

Total assets slid 21.64% to IDR871.49 billion, from IDR1.11 trillion, total liabilities fell 35.81% to IDR486.07 billion from IDR757.31 billion, and total equity rose 8.57% to IDR385.41 billion from IDR354.97 billion. (LK/LM)
