KLBF potentially distribute 45% to 55% dividend for 2024

JAKARTA - PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) has the potential to distribute dividends of 45%-55% of its net profit in 2024, which was recorded at IDR 3.24 trillion.
Kalbe Farma recorded net profit growth of 17.13% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 2.76 trillion to IDR 3.24 trillion in 2024.
With this ratio, the total dividends distributed could potentially reach IDR 1.45 trillion to IDR 1.78 trillion. Based on earnings per share estimated at IDR70.16 per share, the dividend in 2024 will range from IDR31.57 to IDR38.58 per share.
‘We remain committed to providing consistent and attractive dividends for our shareholders, as a form of appreciation for their support,’ KLBF President Director Irawati Setiady said in an official statement on Tuesday (1/4).
Irawati also explained that the growth in net profit was driven by strong performance in several of the company's key segments, namely Prescription Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare, and Distribution and Logistics.
‘Operational efficiency and lower raw material prices also helped improve our gross profit margin to 39.7%,’ she said.
Kalbe Farma targets sales and earnings per share growth of 8% to 10% respectively in 2025. ‘We will continue to focus on operational efficiency through digitalisation and selective price management strategies, to maintain fluctuating consumer purchasing power,’ said Irawati. (DK/LM)
