JAKARTA - PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI), a lifestyle retail company, recorded a loss of 6.88% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 2.1 trillion in 2024. Although, MAPI's revenue rose 13.6% or IDR 37.8 trillion in 2024.

In addition, MAPI's operating profit reached IDR3.5 trillion with a margin of 9.1%, while EBITDA rose to IDR6.4 trillion, signalling solid operational performance throughout 2024.

‘2024 was a progressive year for MAPI, while customer demand remained stable, we remained focused on the company's strategic priorities. Despite some external factors, we remain optimistic in maintaining growth and operational efficiency,’ said Ratih D. Gianda, VP Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Sustainability of MAP Group, in an official statement, last Wednesday (26/3).

In addition, MAPI also managed to expand its portfolio by presenting a number of well-known international brands such as Kiko Milano, Shark Ninja, and Kenneth Cole. In addition, the company strengthened its digital platform, resulting in a 19% YoY increase in online sales, which contributed 9.2% of total revenue in 2024.
