JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) announced the distribution of cash dividends of IDR 13.95 trillion or IDR 374.05 per share to the company's shareholders.

This decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on 26 March 2025. The dividend distributed is equivalent to 65% of BBNI's net profit in 2024, which was recorded at IDR 21.46 trillion.

"The remaining 35%, or around Rp7.5 trillion, will be allocated as Retained Earnings for company development," said BBNI management in an information disclosure on Thursday (27/3).

The following is BBNI's 2025 cash dividend distribution schedule:

• Cum Dividend in Regular and Negotiated Market: 14 April 2025
• Ex Dividend in Regular and Negotiated Market: 15 April 2025
• Cum Dividend in Cash Market: 16 April 2025
• Ex Dividend in Cash Market: 17 April 2025
• Recording Date List of Shareholders Eligible for Cash Dividends: 16 April 2025
• Dividend Payment: 25 April 2025

This dividend distribution is expected to benefit shareholders, as well as reflect BBNI's positive performance in 2024. (DK/LM)
