JAKARTA - PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE) scored a net profit of IDR 37.34 billion in 2024, soaring 187.01% from IDR 13.01 billion in 2023. The increase in profit was in line with revenue growth in the same period.

Quoting the 2024 Financial Report on Wednesday (2/4), Belinda Natalia, President Director of RISE said that operating revenue was recorded at IDR 365.58 billion, growing 31% from IDR 279.07 billion. The largest contributor to revenue was from third parties, especially the Hotel segment and the highest percentage growth in the Warehouse and Shophouse segment.

RISE's sales from third parties in the Apartment segment were recorded at IDR59.27 billion, up 14.63% from IDR3.79 billion, Warehouse and Shophouse to IDR49.48 billion, up 86.67% from IDR26.51 billion, and House down 13.76% to IDR16.03 billion from IDR18.54 billion.

Revenue from Hotels came to Rp218.57 billion, up 15.38% from Rp189.42 billion, Rent was recorded at Rp10.55 billion, down 43.75% from Rp18.75 billion, and Rent from Related Parties was Rp11.66 billion, up 33.87% from Rp8.71 billion.

Gross profit rose 29.48% to Rp186.51 billion from Rp144.04 billion and gross profit margin at 51.01%, sloping from 51.61% gross profit margin in 2023. Profit before final tax expense and income tax expense soared 113.52% to IDR46.31 billion from IDR21.69 billion. (LK/LM)
