JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) is ready to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024 amounting to IDR 43.51 trillion to shareholders.

This decision was approved at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 25 March 2025. Each BMRI shareholder is entitled to receive IDR 466.18 per share from the dividend distribution.

BMRI allocated 78% of its 2024 net profit, which reached Rp55.78 trillion, as dividends. Meanwhile, 22% or IDR 12.27 trillion of its net profit will be allocated as retained earnings.

Here is the complete cash dividend distribution schedule:

• Cum dividends on the regular market and negotiated market: 11 April 2025
• Ex dividends on the regular market and negotiated market: 14 April 2025
• Cum dividends on the cash market: 15 April 2025
• Ex dividends on the cash market: 16 April 2025
• Shareholder record date: 15 April 2025 until 16:00 WIB
• Dividend payment date: 23 April 2025

M Ashidiq Iswara, Corporate Secretary of BMRI, in his official statement, quoted on Wednesday (2/4), stated that the cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on 15 April 2025. "Investors who wish to receive the dividends need to ensure their share ownership before the specified cum date," he said.

At the close of trading on Thursday (27/3), BMRI's share price rose 0.97% or +50 points to Rp5,200 per share. Meanwhile, its share price surged 6.12% in the past month. (EF/LM)
