JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN) is ready to distribute cash dividends worth IDR 751.83 billion to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024.

The dividend distribution was approved at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on 26 March 2025.

Of BBTN's total net profit of IDR3 trillion in the 2024 financial year, around 25% was allocated for cash dividends, equivalent to IDR53.57 per share. Meanwhile, 75% or Rp2.25 trillion of the net profit will be used as retained earnings to support the company's business development. Dividends for the Republic of Indonesia as the holder of 60% of the company's shares will reach Rp451.09 billion. This dividend distribution policy is based on the financial statements as of 31 December 2024 with a total retained earnings balance of IDR 3.16 trillion.

BBTN's complete dividend distribution schedule for the 2024 financial year is as follows:

• Regular and negotiated market cum dividends: 14 April 2025
• Ex dividends regular and negotiated market: 15 April 2025
• Cum cash market dividends: 16 April 2025
• Ex cash market dividends: 17 April 2025
• Record date for shareholders entitled to dividends: 16 April 2025 at 16:15 WIB
• Dividend payment date: 25 April 2025

At the close of trading on Thursday (27/3), BBTN's share price fell 1.12% or -10 points to Rp885 per share. However, its share price surged 8.59% in a week, and 0.57% in the past month. (EF/LM)
