JAKARTA – PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA) has announced a final dividend distribution of IDR 11 per share for the 2024 financial year. The decision was confirmed at AVIA’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Wednesday (10/4).

AVIA had previously distributed an interim dividend of IDR 11 per share on November 21, 2024. This brings the total cash dividend for the 2024 fiscal year to IDR 22 per share.

“The total comes to around IDR 1.3 trillion, less the interim dividend already distributed,” said Kurnia Hadi, Finance Director of AVIA, during an online public presentation on Wednesday (10/4).

The dividend amount is unchanged from the 2023 financial year. This is in line with AVIA’s net profit, which grew by only 1.3% year-on-year in 2024.

With a net profit of IDR 1.66 trillion in 2024, AVIA’s dividend payout ratio is estimated at around 80%.

Based on AVIA’s closing share price of IDR 396 on Wednesday (10/4), the implied dividend yield stands at 2.8%. AVIA shares closed up 4.21% for the day, mainly during the final minutes of trading.

However, year-to-date, the stock has fallen 3.88%, and is down 25.28% over the past 12 months. (ZH)
