JAKARTA – Rahul Nalin Rathod, Director of PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII), has made his first share acquisition in the company, purchasing a total of 6 million shares.

According to Aulia, Director & Corporate Secretary of ALII, the acquisition was carried out through three separate transactions.

First, on November 21, 2024, Rahul purchased 1.7 million ALII shares at a price of IDR 375 per share. He followed up on March 4, 2025 with two additional transactions: acquiring 2 million shares at IDR 376 and 2.25 million shares at IDR 374 per share.

Aulia noted that Rahul’s name did not appear in the Share Ownership Report of Directors and Commissioners issued by PT Datindo Entrycom as of March 31, 2025. This was because Rahul’s shares were previously recorded under the name of Bank Julius Baer and Co, Ltd (BJB), Singapore.

In addition to serving as Rahul’s intermediary, BJB is also the custodian for another investor, Borneo Logistics Services Pte Ltd (BLS), which holds 1.74 billion ALII shares, equivalent to 11.02%.

As such, BJB’s total recorded ownership in ALII currently stands at 1.75 billion shares, or 11.06%, comprising 11.02% held by BLS and 0.04% by Rahul.

“The purpose of the transaction is investment, with direct shareholding status,” Aulia stated in an official release, quoted Friday (11/4). (EF/KR/ZH)
