The share purchase list then began with the purchase of around 951.53 million shares of coal mining company PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), for a net volume of 300.18 million shares. Shares of BUMI's subsidiary, PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), which works in the mineral mining sector, were also purchased for 230.80 million shares with a net volume of 48.96 million shares.

Dima Investindo receives 440 million Kurniatmitra (KMDS) shares from Miki Ojisan

PT Miki Ojisan Indomitra, the company that controls PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS), released 440 million shares to PT Dima Investindo, a new investor, on Thursday, September 26. Miki Ojisan used to own 76.19% of the shares in this issuer in the food and beverage industry, but after these shares were released, his ownership fell to 21.19%. With 55% of the shares, Dima Investindo is now the new controller of KMDS. PT BCA Sekuritas led both of the transactions.
