NET TV welcomes Newton Capital as new investor

On Friday, October 25, PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV), the mass media holding company, welcomed Newton Capital Ltd. as a new investor. With a 10.67% ownership stake, the investor purchased over 4.41 billion shares through PT Mandiri Sekuritas. This issuer owns NET TV, a national television network, and Creative Inc., a content production company.
