Lucas SH CN, controlling shareholder of PT Arthavest Tbk (ARTA), has divested 4.47% of its shares worth IDR 30 billion to fulfil free-float requirement. As of now, the portion of non-controlling shareholders is 11.31% of 446.67 million shares recorded in issued and paid-up capital.
