The shares of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) managed to garner foreign investors’ attention and involvement in yesterday’s (25/1) transaction.
Four issuers acquired fresh investors

On Thursday, January 5, four issuers saw the arrival of new investors with more than 5% ownership. First, PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP), a logistics property issuer, became a new investment instrument for UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, which directly purchased 1,259,737,600 shares for 18.29% ownership. This time, however, another foreign investor, Bridge Leed Limited, released 1,252,525,300 MMLP shares.
BTN recorded 1.6 oversubscription in rights issue

The rights issue held by PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) had been welcomed enthusiastically by investors, as indicated through 1.6 times oversubscription.
