Nomura Singapore Limited, a Singapore-based foreign investor, just claimed 5.64% ownership of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) on Friday, January 13. This new investor recently purchased 447,777,778 shares of the company which manufactures food and beverages under the "Cimory" brand.

On Thursday, January 12, poultry farming company PT Bayu Berlian Makmur purchased 781,692,619 shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU). The company, which is based in Sragen, Central Java, is the newest WMUU investor with a direct stake of 6.04%. PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk, however, as WMUU's parent company, is seen selling 176.09 million shares of its subsidiary, which is also engaged in the poultry industry.

On Monday, January 9, foreign investor UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) purchased 691,480,000 shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) after previously selling a considerable quantity of them. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. increased its stake in this shrimp and fish farming company by 1%, to 12.5%. Apart from adding shares, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) is also seen selling 4.2 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).

On Thursday, January 5, four issuers saw the arrival of new investors with more than 5% ownership. First, PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP), a logistics property issuer, became a new investment instrument for UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, which directly purchased 1,259,737,600 shares for 18.29% ownership. This time, however, another foreign investor, Bridge Leed Limited, released 1,252,525,300 MMLP shares.

Promenade Link Limited recently acquired 41,812,360 shares of logistics and fuel distribution issuer PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS) on Wednesday, January 4. With 6.43% ownership, the British Virgin Islands-based company immediately became a new INPS investor. However, one of INPS' existing shareholders, PT Cronus Asia Kapital, sold 33.70 million shares, reducing its ownership from 10.37% to 5.19%.

MNC Group's subsidiary, PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, increased its stake in PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP) by purchasing 1,538,000,000 shares on Tuesday, January 3. This acquisition strengthens MNC Kapital's position as the controlling shareholder of its own business unit, increasing ownership from 46.92% to 51.47%.

On the first trading day, Monday, January 2, PT Batavia Properindo Internasional Tbk strengthened its position as the controlling shareholder of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI). Batavia Prosperindo purchased 1,160,627,882 shares of MTWI, boosting its ownership percentage from 46.21% to 88.71%.
