On Friday, May 31, approximately 296.96 million shares of this coal mining company were purchased, making Sinar Nusantara the new owner of 5.94% of the shares. In addition, Dimas Adiarso Putro purchased 53.78 million shares of PT Anugerah Spareparts Sejahtera Tbk (AEGS), an issuer in the motor vehicle filter industry, to acquire a new 5.35% stake.

On Monday, May 20, foreign company MB Investment Management Pte Ltd made a new investment in PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR) by purchasing approximately 1.77 billion shares. The transaction, facilitated by PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, gave the Singaporean investor immediate control of 27.49%. Another foreign investor, Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd, then increased its stake in pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) by nearly 50 million shares.

News from PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG), a palm oil and rubber company, drove the stock market on Monday, May 13. Two TAPG foreign investors sold a large number of shares, beginning with Gochean Holdings Incorporated, which sold 1.09 billion shares, increasing its shareholding to 5.39%. Then, Salween Investment Pte Ltd. sold 1.49 billion shares, reducing its ownership to just 7.37%.
