On May 22, Koperasi Konsumen Karyawan Mandiri Widodo Makmur became the newest investor in PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), a consumer goods and agricultural commodities company. This investor purchased over 2.18 billion WMPP shares through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas and PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, gaining control of approximately 7.41% of the shares.

On Thursday, May 16, foreign investors purchased shares and recorded a foreign buying volume of up to 3.67 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign sales volume was 3.50 billion shares, with the net foreign volume surplus at approximately 174.58 million shares. The media business PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) had the most shares purchased, with 218.01 million and a net volume of 50.38 million. Apart from that, 77.55 million shares of the advertising and management consultancy company PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) were purchased, resulting in the highest net volume of 56.76 million shares.

After previously acquiring 44% of the shares in the pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), the acquisition of Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd. continued. On Friday, April 26, this foreign investor added 4.71 billion PYFA shares, increasing its stake from 44.04% to 78.79%. On the other hand, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia sold 332.64 million PYFA shares, reducing its ownership from 8.01% to 5.98%.

PT MNC Sekuritas assisted this parent issuer to conduct the transaction, in which MNC Asia currently owns about 36.38% of BMTR.
