On Monday, November 18, PT Pelita Sukses Sejati purchased 6.25% of the shares in PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk (STAA), a palm oil company. Nearly 682 million shares of STAA were acquired by this new investor via PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk.
Sugiman Halim joins two issuers as new investor

Sugiman Halim, an independent investor, made the decision to simultaneously invest in two issuers on Friday, November 15. He now owns 6.09% of the shares in PT Newport Marine Services Tbk (BOAT), a business that rents out offshore vessels. Around 213.39 million BOAT shares were purportedly purchased via PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas. Additionally, through PT Mandiri Sekuritas, Sugiman purchased nearly 170 million shares of PT Global Sukses Digital Tbk (DOSS), a retailer of photography and videography equipment. Officially, he now owns 9.85% of DOSS's shares.
